Catholic Educational Services (CES) is a consulting firm based in Pasadena, California. Our mission is to promote the on-going success of Catholic schools by providing high quality, low cost, professional consulting to Catholic schools, parishes, and dioceses throughout the United States.
Since the establishment of CES, over 100 Catholic institutions and organizations throughout the United States have received counsel in the areas of strategic planning, board development, capital campaigns, recruitment searches, and executive coaching.
The CES method is to first listen to the leadership of the client institution regarding the needs and then design a unique set of solutions based on best practices of the profession.
Catholic Educational Services full-time professional staff is comprised of: Dr. James Griesgraber, founder and president, and Dr. Jim Brennan, vice-president. Together, they represent over 50 years of experience in Catholic education. CES adjunct staff is located regionally throughout the United States to provide direct service.
